We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead alumni relations, social media, communications, and events management. This multifaceted role plays a key part in enhancing our school’s visibility, community spirit, and stakeholder engagement.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Alumni Relations

Boost alumni engagement through events, outreach & content
Keep our alumni database fresh and meaningful
Shape strategies that build lasting alumni pride

  • Social Media Management

Create scroll-stopping content across platforms
Elevate our brand and drive enrolment
Celebrate our students, staff, and community

  • Communications

Lead publications from idea to print
Ensure everything we publish hits the mark
Align messaging across teams

  • Event Management

Bring school culture to life through memorable events
Identify and secure event venues (internal and external)

The successful candidate will have:

 

What You Bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years in marketing/communications; 2+ in social media, content, or alumni relations
  • Proven track record across print, web, and digital campaigns
  • Skilled in copywriting, design tools, social media strategy & video editing
  • Strong writing skills across formats with excellent grammar
  • Sharp eye for photography and image editing
  • Experienced in crafting campaigns that connect, inform, and inspire
  • Excellent multitasker with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling deadlines and solving problems on the fly
  • Strong interpersonal skills; fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to grow
