Your Mission

As our Safety Manager, you will lead our health, safety, and emergency response initiatives. You’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture of safety across the school.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with school leadership on emergency preparedness.

• Conduct safety training, audits, and risk assessments.

• Maintain safety documentation and oversee incident management.

• Promote safety awareness among students and staff.

What You Bring

• Swiss qualification: Berufliche Grundbildung (EFZ) oder gleichwertiger Abschluss, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung als Sicherheitsfachmann/-frau BP.

• Experience: Min. 5 Jahre in Safety Management, idealerweise in Bildungseinrichtungen oder im öffentlichen Sektor.

• Certifications: First Aid Level 1 IVR, BLS-AED-SRC Complete, Suva-Sicherheitskurse.

• Languages: Fluency in English and German (Swiss-German a plus).

• Skills: Strong risk assessment, emergency response, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
