Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Project Coordinator to lead and support the delivery of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) Personal Project at our Secondary School. This role includes fostering collaboration, providing training, and ensuring effective communication between students, staff, and parents. The role will be allocated three teaching periods for its responsibilities.

• Providing initial and on-going training/professional development for ICS students and teachers.
• Providing information and guidelines to students and staff that is readily accessible.
• Using technology to enhance the learning of students and supervisors.
• Conducting clinics/workshops for students and PP supervisors.
• Ensuring effective and regular communication regarding the PP to students, staff and parents.
• Coordinating the logistics of matching students and Personal Project supervisors.
• Coordinating the assessment of the personal project 
  Launching of the Personal Project in May/June for the following year.
